About Our Shop
Ellis Creamery is a dessert shop owned by Khristian and Marie Rabut. It is an evolution from a hobby that started 3-4 years back when we were just making pastries for family and friends. We were working 9-5 when we first conceptualized “Marie’s Kitchen”. That concept stayed as a hobby until we bought the brick-and-mortar shop called Ellis Creamery in July 2021.
We are a small and unique business that aims to become the go-to destination for indulgent treats and delightful experiences. We specialize in offering delicious ice cream, fresh breads, and decadent cakes. We want to continue to develop quality products and excellent service to create memorable experiences while trying our goodies.
